Cancellation at Holiday Inn Naples

To make a booking through our website it is necessary to enter your credit card details to guarantee your reservation.
Your reservation is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email from our Reservations Department.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation can be canceled until 16:00 (local hotel time) on the day of arrival.
Canceling your reservation after 16:00 (local hotel time) or failing to show up will result in a charge equal to the 1st night stay on your credit card.
